Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Items

3. Order Issues & Exceptions We strive to ensure all our digital products are delivered correctly and function as intended. However, in the rare event of technical issues such as:

• A corrupted or inaccessible file,

• Failure to receive the product after a successful transaction,

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at dodigital123@gmail.com with proof of transaction. If verified, we will provide the correct file or reissue access to the product but will not offer a refund.

4. Unauthorized Sharing & License Violations Each purchased digital product is meant for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited. If we detect any misuse, we reserve the right to revoke access to the product without a refund and take legal action if necessary.

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason is a violation of our terms. If any fraudulent chargebacks are filed, we reserve the right to permanently ban access to our platform and pursue legal action.
